Hi all

I'm a rookie at sending in coins to PCGS, so I am wondering if tye grading progress is fully trackable through your account?

I remember at NGC, you saw on your account when it was entered into the system, photographed, graded, encapsulated and so on.

Does it work the same way at PCGS?

I tried emailing them but no reply

thanks

Sounds like the same information notifications. The only email notices that I have received is when the package was accepted, when the grades were accomplished, when the TrueView images were ready and when it was shipped.

I quite like the way the NGC site works.
They not only let you know when they are received, They also list the coins prior to being graded.
Very useful for people like me that is forever loosing the copy of the submission forms
As this process usually takes 2-3 Months from Australia it is NOT unusual to forget exactly what you have sent in a submission.

PCGS only list the date the submission was received and the number of coins until the coins have been graded and encapsulated.
