Lamination On A Zincoln? - Coin Community Forum

ndgoflo Pillar of the Community United States 626 Posts	Posted 04/29/2015 03:20 am I can see it as two cracks, just have never seen two cracks come together as these do. It almost looks like a rim burr, but I am not sure if it is possible on a plated coin. I suppose it maybe possible that the zinc blank had a rim burr, went through the copper plating bath and then got struck into the coin? Report this Post to the Staff
