The extra lines too me look like PMD, or maybe something else... I could tell for sure if you posted better pictures

All I have is my phone I have tried several different apps for pictures and they all suck...but I do know it is not PMD. By the way my phone is a galaxy s5...so if anyone has any tips for me or a good app please let me know

The die looks like it is aged at the point your coin was struck. So if it is raised, then it is a die issue. Could be die wear or a die gouge. Nothing collectable though.

Raised lines means it was caused by a die gouge; that is, the die got damaged during production and started producing coins with those lines.

Spend it or keep it as an example or until you find a better one.

I wouldn't spend it, it is cool and although not worth much to most you will probably not find another from that die. it is IMO a pretty cool piece with the damage to the die running to his pony tail and under his bust.
