Peru 1849 8 Reales - Coin Community Forum

Tleilaxan New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 04/29/2015 7:55 pm I recently came across a Peru 1849 8 Reales and I am having a hard time assessing the correct value of the coin. I know that the Krause Catalog is a good source of information, but it's values are often time off when it comes to scarcer coins. Does anyone have an idea of the value of this coin? I would also be interested in seeing the 1849/8/7 variety to see if mine is that overdate. Report this Post to the Staff

I was not aware of that search engine for coin auctions, but I'll be sure to check there next time I'm looking for auction records.
