This one's trickier, because the condition is not the best. It's fromt he reign of the Guang Xu emperor (Kuang Hsu old spelling), ruled 1875-1908. It is from one of the Xinjiang (Sinkiang) Province mints, though which one is hard to say because the mint-name is the part hardest to read. I thinl it's Urumchi mint, which operated from 1886 to 1906.

9.7mm is way too small for a genuine cash coin, though. Are you sure it's not 19.7mm?

Finally, your bottom pic is upside-down. Chinese cash coins usually have "medal orientation", rather than "coin orientation".

Well, I just bought a caliper, and I obviously don't know how to read it, because the cash coin is larger than a quarter. OK, it's 25 mm. It's 0.9 inches.
