I don't much about Straits Settlements proofs but to me it looks like an ordinary circulation coin.
It looks like a recut of the 0.
It looks like there is a small die crack across the crown.

Thanks. I couldn't find any pictures of a proof.
I guess normally die cracks and recut dates would indicate that it is not a proof.

Anyways it is the best looking portrait of King George V that I have seen.
The fields are fairly reflective. It could be just the way it is toned or maybe it is stained with something.
