so this ebay seller has listed 1 item twice in auction and each time it has sold to the same individual who now has pushed up the price on another couple of items.

the same person won these items

I have reported them but they still act with impunity.

I hate shill bidding. There is a bullion seller in Canada Called A-Precious Metals and they sell on ebay......if you look at there listing its full of shill bidding.....almost every listing has shill bidding and they sell hundreds of coins......kinda hard to believe a company can get away with it

I lived in Manhattan for 12 years. When I got there it was a great place and I saw none of the pitfalls. By the time I left, over 20 years ago, All I could see on the streets were the potential pickpockets, scammers, and trouble makers. The nice place disappeared, but it was the same place. Kind of like shill bidders and potential ebay problems, they just stick out now as obvious.
