I recently just did some research on where I could get my bullion cheaper because I was making a big purchase. Even though for various reasons I did not order through them it looked like JM Bullion and Provident Metals are probably the best way to go. JM has free shipping on all orders and Provident does free shipping over $99. They both offer price discounts for cash purchases too.

If you are looking for the most for your money then I would research every purchase. Where you buy from would depend on how much you were ordering at one time too. Silver.com seems to have the cheapest prices by a good margin, but you would need to buy about 12oz of silver at the current prices before you actually made a savings over another site that offers free shipping.

I shop with Provident, JM, APMEX, and MCM. I have always had nothing but good experiences with these companies.

Don't I have to wait 15 days before I can buy/sell/trade or something?

Glad to hear you have honed your silver bartering skills! I've considered doing the same thing myself.
