Hello! I've recently stated to buy silver coins for my "junk" silver stash, and I just thought I'd post my current progress here! Also, 888th post

Nice find! Buying "better than cull" is easily my favorite way to buy small quantity silver. Easy to purchase at spot, too.

Keep on plugging. Adds up. I should do it, too.

Great Start. My 'Found silver' is about 3 dimes.

It is a good start. I haven't even found three dimes. Found some War Nickels and a couple of Kennedys. Enjoy! Wait, I misspoke. In 1970, I found 2 rolls of silver dimes in the cash drawer at the paint store I was working. Those are in my son's collection now. Haven't found a single, silver dime since.

the 64 Kennedy halfs are some of my favorites, even here in Canada you can buy them close to spot and a lot of them are in amazing near BU condition. Hey .... I like shiny.

I've got a '64 Kennedy half for spot here in Sweden, in MS. It's pretty nice. I've found a total of 12 silver 1 krona coins from circulation here and I'm always looking for other silver coins at flea markets for under spot. I'm doing pretty well

I have a junk World silver stash, but alas, it grows only slowly. That is because if by definition, it is to be a junk silver stash, I will only buy below the current spot price, whatever that happens to be at the time of purchase. Almost all of them have come by being extras in job lots from auction.
Nevertheless, an interesting and varied collection.
