I think it's questionable. I don't think it's silver.

Even though it is marked "Fac Simile" which basically means reproduction, I don't know if this would break the HPA law.

I don't even know if this is the proper forum for this trash. It's not a classic coin because it was certainly made later on.

It's also NOT a coin.

I have one. It came up in another thread a month ago and inspired another member to get one. It a fantasy piece about the size of a silver dollar and not technically copying any coin so it's perfectly fine I believe

It's a fantasy coin, like the Indian head silver dollar.

That's an hilarious coin! But boy, some people do have a lot of time on their hands.

Just went to have a look at it and found this message posted:

This listing was ended by the seller because there was an error in the listing.

The seller, dollsrus59, sells mostly women's fashions, it's my guess they made an honest mistake calling it silver.

They are not silver and they were made after the 1973 HPA was passed. They are not legal under HPA even though they are marked Facsimile. The HPA specifies that they must be marked COPY in incuse letters. And it specifies the size, length, font, and depth of the letters. Facsimile does not satisfy the law.
