Even though it is marked "Fac Simile" which basically means reproduction, I don't know if this would break the HPA law. I don't even know if this is the proper forum for this trash. They are not legal under HPA even though they are marked Facsimile. The HPA specifies that they must be marked COPY in incuse letters. And it specifies the size, length, font, and depth of the letters. Facsimile does not satisfy the law. Report this Post to the Staff
