I got these Rolls in plastic tube at a hole in the wall pawn shop for dirt cheap. So I started looking at them and when I set them out I noticed one was way off color than the rest. It was pretty close to the middle of the roll maybe 3/4 down what causes this . It weighs the same as the rest but looks was different.

Plated...? Maybe not, but it looks like it either toned a wierd color or it didnt tone and the other ones did, some of my 2015 D LSCs are really light and some 2014 D LWCs have toned to a more copper-ish color.

It may have been dipped in silver cleaner

When coins are dipped they turn a little pink in color. The dip removes a layer on the coin.

Are there any known wrong metal (foreign country) strikes for that year?

John,
The probability of this being a foreign planchet if very low. Weigh it. The looks every bit the color of a cent dipped in silver dip as I mentioned earlier and Coop elaborated on further by mentioning the pinkish color your coin has. But weigh it first. If it weighs 3.1 grams you can figure something like it being dipped out.
Rest in Peace

It could possibly be one of the end coins before the roll was put into the tube or more likely is someone found a coin in the original roll they wanted to pull out and replaced it with this one.

The ones I've found in the soft square tubes, turns them hazy.

Usually just the end ones and the edges are affected on BU coins. The hard square tubes and the hard clear rounds are OK.

Yeah the weight is good I'm just going to assume it was an end coin before it was put in plastic. Maybe one day I'll see a post and someone will have a different explication
Or I might do am experiment with one or two of them and do them in different cleaners and see what happens
