Found 3 1975 PL Sets that looks like Die Scratches to me. The 3 coins have identical markings on them. I noticed the Charlton Coin book does recognize these as a variety on the Dollars. I would like to see a few more different types from others to compare.

You probably mean. "Die polishing". Very often seen on high end coins..
