can anyone tell me why? cause I found a few of them like this they look new and not dip or messed with. all 3 images are the same penny. ill take others if needed.

PVC Contamination. Pretty color though.

Can heat also do this,hot water or even a frying pan? What about a high sulfur paper holder?

Gotta disagree with you a bit. Not saying that this isn't an example, but usually you see these on zinc cents that have been laying obverse down on the pavement in hot temperatures.
