To me it looks like maybe a VF-30. I like the toning, it makes its designs stand out in a way. Usually for coins to have any attractive toning they need to be in a high grade and coins with lower grades it would be just dirt.

Look very, very close at the green toning on the reverse. That may not be toning.

All the letters are readable. The Y is just a little worn down.

OK, Kid, just wanted you to double check. The color isn't inconsistent with toning, but it's also the color of that other nasty thing.
