At worst VG details with the scratches. The missing letter part thing is fairly common in other varieties, not sure what causes it or if there is any premium for it here. Maybe $5 or so for value.

I'll go higher and say F-15 because there are still quite a few of the horizontal shield lines visible, details in the leaves and arrow feathers on the obverse. On the reverse, the centers of several stars remain.

I'm going to guess the void towards the bottom of the third stripe in the shield and the one on the left side of the outer shield curve are due to planchet flaws, but could be wrong in that assessment.

Edit: The broken letters are common on Shield nickels

Shield nickels losing letter pieces is pretty common in the series. Nickel is very tough to strike, and in this series the planchets seemed to win as often as the dies.

F12 details due to the light scratches, it might grade clean (no details grade) as I've been seeing a lot of coins similar grading clean from the Stack's 52nd Street hoard. NGC even has been releasing a lot of clean graded 2¢ pieces with a lot of verdigris and green gunk on them, which looks suspiciously like PVC.
