I found your post late and thought easy 63. The only thing I can figure is the reverse may have held this one back. It kind of looks like a fair amount of bag rub on the breast feathers, talons and wreath. The reverse will never elevate a grade but it can certainly hold a Morgan back. I guess re-sub would depend on your intentions but you need MS63 to break even and 64 would be a win.
