Maybe an abraded area on the hair above her ear, but not much else I can detect. I think this is one of those coins that with a judicious dip becomes a blazer that then everybody gets lustful for. The one worry I have with this specimen is the bit of dark toning around the date and stars that suggests to me that it may have once aready taken a blue bath, and while the surfaces right now aren't showing that any previous treatment was overdone, it might be be akin to finding out how many lives the cat has left.
