Maybe Valentian, there really isn't much detail left to go by.

Late Roman bronze, post-Constantine period (late AD 300s). Emperor Gratian, if I had to guess, though there's not enough of the obverse legend readable for me to be anywhere near certain.

I can't pick the reverse type, either.

The poor thing has what was once a nice dark patina that preserved the details well, but it's flaking off. Or it might have had a really bad case of bronze disease that has required vigorous removal.

Going along with 'Sap', most of 'Gratians' Obv. legends started with "DNGRATIAN" but the second letter in the Obv. legend on this coin could be ab 'N' or equally be an 'M'? I don't know if that helps.
The bust is certainly similar to one that you might find on one of Gratian's coins. Therefore I am leaning towards . . . . . . I don't know.

Well if that's a D after the DN I would agree Gratian.

Defiantly post Constantinian Dynasty. Perhaps Gratian or Valentinian II.

I agree with AM but am leaning towards Valentinian ii,
Victory advancing left with trophy & dragging captive.
The folds on the skirt make it the most likely match for me.
Or maybe my eyes were deceived and its -
Emperor standing on galley, head right, raising right hand, Victory at helm.
I'm certain that I don't know for sure that its possibly one of them
