SmallTownCanada New Member Canada 9 Posts	Posted 05/05/2015 4:26 pm Just a quick question as I have been unable to find consistent answers. For the War of 1812 quarters it seems like majority of them have the uncoloured maple leaf. Do they have a premium and would it be worth for me to hold onto them? There was a total of 50 million minted and are still found in pocket change. As far as the Laura Secord rumour, I have not heard anything about it. Report this Post to the Staff
SolarPenny Valued Member Canada 234 Posts	Posted 05/05/2015 5:45 pm On a side note, while looking at the value of the colored quarters I noticed on the coins and Canada website right now the regular 2013 quarters are only worth $0.24 in AU-50 so make sure you spend those ones.
