A friend found this while cleaning his attic and said I could have it. At first I thought it depicted Mars and Venus (or their Greek equivalents) but that and other searches got me nowhere on Google. So I turned to the experts of the community. Any assistance in identification would be much appreciated. Thank you all in advance.

Better pics are needed to give a full I'd. I think it's either Septimius Severus or Lucius Verus. I am leaning toward the latter. Can you give a weight, please?

I'll try. But the coin is extremely worn. There seems to be detail in the image I didn't see with the naked eye.

Better focus, please, but I'd finger the reverse type as the Dioscouri, Castor & Pollux.

Really need better pictures, your coin is Ancient Roman and appears to be the emperor Septimius Severus.
