A couple of my Cu-Ni Clad proof Eisenhower dollars have a blue hue, particularly my 1973-S (The 1976-S Variety 2 being the other), but none of the silver clad ones do.

Funny thing is, my 1977-S and 1978-S Cu-Ni clad proofs have a nice brown (copper) tone. Those two are neither Blue or Brown.
