Recently acquired this dime in a problem-free PCGS holder. Guesses on a grade and comments welcome.

I am not to familiar with these, and the toning might be hiding rub, but my guess is XF45.

Great looking dime though. I really like these.

AU-50 if it has any luster that the photos do not portray, because I can see enough detail in the: head, Cap, Knee and on the Reverse Bow/Wreath.
If not they will have called it XF-45, and if you are unlucky then a 40.

XF-45 provided that the reverse didn't knock it down a notch. Obverse looks borderline AU.

I'm in the XF40 camp. Way way too much wear for any kind of AU look at the drapery. And look at the head - xf45 usually has more detail. Plus even if the grader thought it was 45, the reverse has enough wear to seal the 40.

Nice - I'd take it in a heart beat for my circulated type set.

Thanks for all the grades and comments. PCGS went with XF40 which is a fair if conservative grade. There is not much luster left on this piece and that sealed it's fate. A bit more luster could have gotten it to 45 IMO.
