Two things:

1). Be sure and let the Seller know you got the package by leaving him very positive Feedback along with an email.

2). Consider getting yourself a post office box at your post office (NOT at the UPS Store or Mail Boxes Etc) to take your neighbors and your letter carrier out of the chain of delivery.

I pay less than 50$ a year for my PO box and it is worth every penny as I don't worry about having an expensive coin sitting in my mail box in front of my house. I track my incoming package delivery confirmation and know EXACTLY when I need to go to the Post Office and pick it up. That's a good feeling!

Our mail varies a lot. Sometimes they knock and take it with and leave a slip but other times they just leave it. Same seller, same package size, same approx value, same shipping used etc. Does anyone know why that is? Is it just some days he's too lazy to carry it back to the truck?

2 days ago, I received a registered package from Hungary without having to sign for it, in spite of the label saying in 3 languages "Please scan - Signature required".

It never ceases to amaze me...

It is 2015 and ebay has had their "money back guarantee" for years, yet we still see threads like this constantly.

File an ebay claim and be done with it. ebay has already done all the work to resolve these types of issues and will handle all aspects of it.

Do people not see "Get the item you ordered or get your money back" when they bid? It is literally on every auction right there when you go to place a bid.
Rest in Peace

Also: NEVER EVER ship comic books by USPS. EVER!

Even with their worthless 'insurance'.

Ok, I'll bite.

Parklane: Why not? You can ship almost an infinite variety of items via USPS. Why, in particular, are comic books an item that one should not ship?
