I don't see a match for a clash, so I feel it is die chips that are forming in that area.

Lol. What I die chips? Cuds? Lamination errors etc... So this coin isn't a error? I seen it as a error but no price.... Why is it this color?

A die chip is literally when a tiny piece of the die striking the coin chips off. A " Cud" is also called a major die break, it is when a piece of the die near the rim has broken off.
Die chips are indeed error coins, some people do collect them. The coin you have might go for 2 or 3 bucks on ebay, though the color is off due to environmental damage which would reduce its marketability.
