Hi everyone.
New to the Coin World, I have always saved oddball coins or US silver received in change. Last year I started investing in silver, including bullion and Canadian Maples and US Eagles.
Ran into milky spot issues with ALOT of the Canadian bullion and that kind of irked me, seeing as these are really nice coins. Anyhow, I started getting into Canadian silver dollars (67 and below) in BU rolls. That was going along nice and I haven't even searched through what I have as far as that goes.
I started getting into 67 and below Canadian quarters and I think that is where I took a turn. Sorting them by date, then checking for oddities and errors (and finding alot). Then I jumped into a huge lot of 67 and below dimes! Ugh, I think I am going blind on these (and still finding errors, and multiple errors).
Next I just nailed a mix Canadian lot with paper money, commemorative coins and a boatload of nickels. Dates range from 1937 (dot) through the 40's and we'll into the 80's and beyond. So I'm at that point where I will be sorting those and checking for errors. I know already of several.
As far as Canadian pennies go, I will try to avoid those at all costs, I already have 32lbs of pre-82 copper pennies in a box. :D
I hope to meet a few of you in the respective forum rooms.

fellow Yank'! We do get a share of Canadian coins in change down here, but it's been a few years since I've snagged Canadian silver.

Have fun with the hobby!
