Is the Silver Eagle obverse design which is patterned after / paying homage to / reissued a 1:1 copy of the original Walking Liberty half dollar design?

I can spot 1 minor insignificant difference but in terms of high relief / low relief, depth of the dress folds, the highest points which would be the first to show wear, rim height vs highest point of the design, etc are they the same?

I'm no expert on ASE's , but I'm sure the obverse of the ASE
is the same as the Walking Liberty half. I love Walkers so the first think I see is the full thumb on the ASE. RARE on Walkers

It would be highly unlikely if they were identical in every specification. Regardless this is a beautiful design and one I will continue to collect.

Subtle differences are expected. Just compare any current modern denomination to its 1970's counterpart. The designs evolve over time.

Since everyone seems to on the ropes or quiet can anyone else identify one of the main differences between the 2 obverse designs?

I know the answer but I am asking you

There are many subtle changes, but one thing I think is very different is the designer initials.

Not the same die, of course it will be different because a different person carved it.

ASEs are not intended as circulating coins, so the issues the Walkers had with wear on the highest relief points aren't relevant... the designer can focus on the artistic merit.
