Hello and welcome.

I assume you're talking about what appears on the Numista page for this coin. I presume something hasn't quite been translated properly from French there.

Unfortunately, Krause doesn't list this variety, so I can't be of much help.

I wonder if it's a filled die. I've checked my French Gadoury catalogue and the catalogue that appears in Monnaie Magazine and neither lists this variety.

Maybe It's a closed and open 2?
I have found open/closed 2's for the 50 Centimes and 2 Franc coins from 1922..

I'm curious about a photo/scan of the "base of triangle 2"
