It looks liky they are testing their system of repo-ing loans and or transactions in case of an unspecified problem or failure. I am sure before too long one conspiracy site or another will twist this around into the Fed trying to confiscate all our bank accounts and whatnot. They are conducting a test, it is only a test. In the event of a real emergency....
