2014Cent Valued Member United States 90 Posts	Posted 05/16/2015 12:53 am It looks like if you put Wexler's 2013-P 25¢ MD WDDR-004 and CONECA's 2013-P MD 25c DDR-002, 2-R-VIII together it would be this coin! It may be a new one. I am not sure. Wexler does not mention doubling on the building and CONECA does not mention doubling on the fireworks or flag. This one has all of those attributes. It is stronger on the lower areas than WDDR-004. But He might enjoy seeing what you have. Maybe he missed the lower doubling, or it maybe a new die that is not listed yet.
