So I went 'bottom feeding' again and pulled this lot of five out from the darkest depths.

The first three seem fairly easy to ID. They appear to be my favorite Marcian.

All well and good enough !

The next two I had tentatively ID'd as Leo. But now I am unsure of number two. Probably number one too !

So who are they ?

BTW I never liked paying big money for something I might lose in a flash to the wife's vacuum cleaner !
Hammer price was $22 for 5 coins the size of bunny poop !

Ben and VK have some extensive knowledge on these, at least the bottom two could be official, barbarous, or Vandal imitations of Theodosius II. Not sure though.

In the second photo, the first coin is probably an imitative of Theo II. The second coin is either Honorius or Arcadius.

Thanks VK !

I actually had not even considered either Honorius or Arcadius.

At approximately $4.50 ea I did not worry about it too much

In Spain we know these coins as "lentils"...
they are rounds, small, brown...
