Hello, I found this and Google is no help in identifying it. On the back there is nothing except ".999". Please email me if you know what this is. Thanks for reading!

to CCF. Your email is not turned on. Can you post a pic of the other side? The .999 might mean it is silver. John1

The first thing I thought of and I don't know why... but perhaps a clan token?

Clan? That's pretty interesting. I'm located in the Philly area, so I've been researching whether it could belong to a cult, or some non mainstream religion. I might be barking up the wrong tree though.

My guess would be Masonic, or some similar secret society. And if it really is "secret", then you're not going to find out much about it on the Internet.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis

Quote: is that maybe 666 Likely not. The decimal point before the 999 would be a pretty firm indicator that it's .999 fine silver (or some other metal.)

It could be, though not very likely, a Royal Arch Mason's Mark - but that would typically be on a "Shekel" or a token with the keystone.
