Ok I'm not sure I was ruling it as Machine Doubling at first now I have found other examples of the same thing and one different. Keep in mind every picture I'm posting below is a different quarter not the same one. What do you think

Machine doubling/damage. Not the incuse devices are showing the die movement on them as well. (UNUM)
