Excited to be a part of the community and look forward to learning more about rare coins and the history behind them. Today I found a strange wheat back Lincoln Cent while going through a bag for a friend. It has a Ford logo stamped on both the obverse and the reverse. Just wondering if this is something that you guys have seen before, or if it is a truly rare coin (gift and a curse, this wishful thinking of mine). Rock on Coin Community! The host coin was an early 1930s wheatie, counterstamped on one side only. I tried to win it but my bid was trumped in the last few seconds, I think the final bid was somewhere around $10. IMO, it would definitely have cross appeal to automotive collectors. Report this Post to the Staff

Chequer I've never heard of "brunk" coins, very interesting to see how many of them are around! and kemist6 thank you for the idea of what they are fetching roughly in real world terms.
