TCH, have to have a reverse shot but, the obverse looks MS-64

I sound like a broken record, but you don't need the reverse when 'ICCS' grading.

Photographing it behind plastic doesn't help. Hard to pick what's scratches and what's dust.
No wear, these didn't really see much circulation anyway.
I have never seen a VF example, or less condition.
MS 62 from what I see here; may be better in the 'nude'.

A agree, trying to differentiate a 64/65 from behind plastic can be difficult.

This coin is ICCS MS65
