Serial, why do you show no confidence on it is real? Can you tell the provenance of this coin? Did you own it for a long time or you just by from someone who you don't trust to? The weight of this coin is correct and it looks okay to me. Henry

mainly because of a lack of experience in handling them I think it looks good but wanted a 2nd opinion before I send them off to pcgs

I find these nederlandse maagd quite appealing. They are a challenge to find with full detail on the face and other features. I'd say yours looks authentic and definitely worth submitting.

Here is my 1794 3 Gulden. Looking at them closely I think they differ in some detail although mine is much more worn than OPs coin.
