MS60 Those digs on the obverse really hurt but looks to be mint state. Weak strike on the obverse as well. Can't tell if that's wear above the eyebrow or just weakness.

MS62, I think the strike is weak and the marks keep it from MS63, but lots of luster still.

This one sits at a MS61-62 range. I have a 1904 that was a NGC 62 and it look pretty similar to this.
