HoosierDaddy Pillar of the Community United States 1164 Posts	Posted 05/25/2015 7:35 pm All the ones I have seen with the crack/break though the "F" end up heading west into the "O" and not up to the rim above. It doesn't have all of the cracks yet so I would say this is an earlier example. I don't see this in the top 100 but does it hold any premium? THANKS!! Report this Post to the Staff
SsuperDdave Moderator United States 23522 Posts	Posted 05/26/2015 08:44 am Look at the BU on the obverse for the smoking gun crack and the circular impressions it's known for. Yours is relatively early in the development, and it's a pretty common VAM so it won't carry a premium. All the same a really interesting coin because of those obverse impressions. It's one of the ones I'd like to find in 65-66 so I can get some serious optics onto the obverse and muse on the features. Report this Post to the Staff
