Payment Pending, Canceled, Won't Go Through?

SilverStackerKid Pillar of the Community United States 6478 Posts	Posted 05/25/2015 9:03 pm Today I attempted to purchase a Morgan dollar I had won on ebay. I have a $25 MasterCard prepaid thing. I clicked the pay button and there was an error and the payment was pending. I canceled that payment to retry the process and then I went to pay but the card only has 6 dollars on it now. Do I have to wait for the card to reload the balance from the canceled transaction? Report this Post to the Staff

westernsky Pillar of the Community United States 7621 Posts	Posted 05/26/2015 01:25 am I'd contact the card issuer at the number that can be found on the back of the card and explain this to them. They are much better at explaining their refund and transaction cancellation policies and how much time is required before the money is reloaded back to the card. You should also be able to find these policies in the user agreement that should be found on their website. If it were me, and I really wanted the coin, I'd user another payment method to get the transaction completed on ebay ASAP. Good luck! Report this Post to the Staff
