Here is one I showed in my Canadian Coin News column back in 1999. It was submitted by Steve Olter on 3/25/98 and I listed it as VCR#1/RPD#1.

Nice coin!is this possibly an uglier version lol for lack of better words? I just saw your post this morning and was parusing some 5 cents and saw this. Is this variety in the Charlton?

Jeyrey's coin kinda looks like it too, not sure.

The Charlton lists a separate 8/8 and 9/9 but no 89/89. Could be something new. I looked through my own and unfortunately found nothing. Nice coins guys! Love the 5 cent pieces, keep em coming!
