I don't have, and am not likely to obtain the two type 2's in this set so I plugged the holes with the 1982 brass mint set fillers. All proof or uncirculated except for the near date and I'll keep an eye out for that.

Awesome set! I have the same coins, I just need the Dansco Album to put them into.

Very nice set! My SBA set is a single page with 16 holes. 15 standard P/D/S with proofs, the 16th hole is the same 1982 proof set medal.

I am impressed .. that is a nice looking set. I never had a desire to do this series, but there seems to be more interest in SBA's lately. I can see myself doing a page like Jbuck says he did.

Thanks GR58, I'm surprised that you don't have a set of these. It was interesting learning about SBA as well. Also, I think you are in a great position to watch for those type 2's.

I think the 1979 TY II sets come though more often then the 1981 sets. If I remember right the 1981 TY II proof sets cost quite a bit more. So much I don't think I would break that set apart. I saw a post where Jbuck posted he added the page to one of his albums. I got a idea in my head to take a blank Dansco binder and put blank pages in it. Just for some of these short series. Could have a page for SBA's Shield nickelLiberty head nickels Two Cent Three CentJust a thought

Nice set you put together So, the treasury "tokens" in the holes for the type 2 coins are the ones you have in proof sets?

Yes, it seems the 79 type 2's are more common than the 81's. I'm not real concerned about getting either one though. I also don't care for the Dansco albums with only two pages......but ......I like your idea of the blank pages and including just the coins you want.

You are welcome. I did not know about these (or if they were even available) when I bought my blank pages. Probably good thing, since I would then have to collect some of the labeled varieties that I decided to skip.
