I can say worn on the obverse ,but post mint damage reverse.
unfortunately no value.

It looks like the reverse design was ground off. This occurred after it left the mint and as such no extra value.

With that said, some Post Mint Alterations add value such as Love Tokens, some counter punches, etc. The alteration to the below coin added value.
