I'm far from bing an expert but I'd say ms 62. The coin has a different look to it ,cleaned?

A rim ding is always unappealing to the eye.
In this case, I presume a scanned coin could be anywhere from EF-MS

I agree, Scanning just doesn't represent the coin. If this is how the coin looks in hand I'd say EF40

Pretty sure it hasn't been cleaned but I don't have it in hand, I got an offer as an AU grade for $70 USD. If it's uncleaned and MS then it's interesting. Anything less not really. But then even at MS62, there's still that unsightly (Yuck) rim ding.

Remember there is no auto body repair shop for that coin .A ding is a ding is a ding..........dong. Shy away from coins like this.
