Why is it the only place I can find the 'owl' sml's is on ebay or a place in Austin Texas? These are Canadian bullion - why so rare a bird in Canada?

I got mine from the CA Pre-Order.
Arrived pretty quickly.

Northercoins, I like the gold hawk but not
the clouds. I think the price is good but would rather the
gold hawk on a silver background. I imagine they will do
the Owl as well in some variation. Would be neat to have a
gold plated set of all the birds.
