The newer they are the harder they are to find.The mint re-designed the dies to stop the BIE problems,that's why you don't find many newer ones. Not much interest in them these days,but at one time there was even a book about them.

John1 is right. I have two books on them. Jean Coehn's 600 page book that covers these and other minors and the BIE handbook by the BIE Mint Oddity Collector's Guild of about 175 pages.
