Verbiage:
Strong doubling to tripling shows on the reverse best on Ley 0.925 FM; moderate on stars above eagle and top of eagle's head. Doubling to tripling shows on all characters about the rim; strongest on BALBOA and PANAMA.
Minor doubling on reverse on all characters about the rim; best on 1873-1880. There are two other Panama 20 Balboa DDs dated 1971 with both showing nice on the reverse.
