Can anyone tell me anything about this? (Besides that it is worth very little!)

So far I have learned that this is:
German Weimar Republic (1919-1933) RBD Currency

Approximate value is around $10 - $30.

I'm not sure exactly what it is you want to know. Your note circulated during the period of hyperinflation that Germany experinced following WWI. This 1000 mark denomination was worth about $2 U.S. at the time it was issued. By late 1923, it would've taken over 8.4 billion of these 1000 mark notes to buy that same $2.

I'd add that in my experience, a value of $10-30 for a Reichsbanknote of this era seems terribly...well, inflated.

Lucky maybe an uncirculated version, but this one is about $1.
