The doubling you see is called Machine Doubling doubling and not a doubled die. When looking for clashed dies refer to this page; http://www.maddieclashes.com/denomi...al-overlays/ I do not see a clash event happening on your coin.

There is also a lot of circulation damage on the areas of the fields you have arrows on. (besides the MD)
