coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 05/31/2015 11:33 am The horizontal lines on the reverse are die scratches. The angled one in the third bay is part of a clash. The angled one on the lower right side of the Memorial is a die crack. The lines through LIBERTY are die scratches. A lot of clashes happened on the 1983 cents and the over polishing did its toll on these dies. The fields were altered several times to cover clashes that happened over and over. A lot going on with your coin, but nothing of great interest though. pretty common events for this year) Report this Post to the Staff
