Huguenin (http://www.huguenin.ch/en/) has long manufactured a wide array of decorative and precious metal products, even some legal tender, albeit not intended for circulation, coinage (I have a 1972 Ethiopia $5 .999 silver proof they made).

I've always liked the design of that medal. I saw one sell on ebay a little over two years ago for $104.75 - it was edge numbered 002888.

*you mentioned $110, was that for the whole package (including this and the US silver)? If yes, wow, you did amazing.

Well, it does say right on the obverse of the it was made for the 1976 Montreal Olympics. With the package knowing who made it it should be easy to find something on the internet using any one of the most popular search engines.
