I'm thinking it's a Lamination Error. I'm also thinking maybe it has to be larger to be worth anything monetarily?

Even smaller laminations have a little value, but yes the bigger ones are what collectors are after. Should still get $1.00+ for it.
I always like finding them, even the small ones!
